Port Arthur Minor Hockey Association is Celebrating its 38th Annual Thunder Bay Amateur Minor Hockey Tournament. In all that time, we are especially Proud of its 23rd Annual Sponsorship Partnership with all of the Locally Owned and Operated Robin's Restaurants.
Please download the Registration & Team Roster Form below, Email it back prior to November 1st 2013, then mail your team cheque to arrive no later than November 15th 2013.
All applications & payment received after November 15th 2013 may be too late to be accepted and if accepted will be assessed an extra $50 late registration fee.
