The IP-1 division follows the Hockey Canada Developmental Program.
Our IP1 ice runs every Wednesday after school and Saturday Mornings all at Grandview Arena. Our IP Division follows the Hockey Canada Development Program which teaches players the game in a fun and safe environment. Players will receive about 50 hours of ice time. All 4 year old and entry level 5's will be placed in our "MITE" IP Division. Mite Players will learn basic skills and practice in half ice games and practices. All 6 year old and returning 5's will be placed in our more advanced "TYKE" Division. Tyke Division will be taught skills as well as basic structure of the game. Tykes will participate in full ice games with goalies, as well as full and half ice practices. Our IP Program stressed fun and family involvement. Parents are encouraged to participate with their player(s). All clinics and workshops will be provided free of charge. The Novice, Atom, and Peewee programs will receive approximately 25 hours of practice ice, in addition to more game and tournament ice.
